The WWT beta arrived last month in case you missed it. I've been playing with it a little and while geared for younger minds it is still very informative and offers a unique perspective not possible through any other medium. My idea is to give every individual with a drivers license a gas card, this is not a credit card but a card that keeps track of how much gas you use and must be swiped pre-purchase.
